Chatting - What Happened?

That new Welcome to Jamaa thing came out just recently, so I tried it. It was pointless. Anyway, when I got back, my chat was messed up. The punctuation couldn't be used a certain way!

It won't let you type more than two sentences. If you try to use asterisks, hyphens, etc., it won't go in. Free chat remains, though.

Is this an update? A glitch? A permanent change to AJ? If you know, please tell me!
